Barwood Capital and Trebor Developments have secured detailed planning consent for their speculative industrial development located at Portside Park, Avonmouth, Bristol. Construction will commence early in the New Year and will provide a total of 152,847 sq ft of B1(c), B2 and B8 accommodation, with units ranging from 12,500 sq ft to 87,247 sq ft.
